And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple. So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple. If any man come unto me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. – Luke 14:27, Luke 14:33, and Luke 14:26.
By revelation, Christ made Himself known onto Paul the mystery contained in Scriptures (Ephesians 3:3): with the new heart a person, Jew or Gentile, believes onto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation from his or her sins, Hell and damnation. Christ Jesus shall save his people from their sins, (Matthew 1:21). For Christ Jesus wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation, (Revelation 5:9).
Through active fellowship with God, who changes hearts onto salvation, we are rooted into the Faith of Christ and live out lives solely governed by the Holy Scriptures, the Bible, so that we may be perfect and furnished onto good works (2 Timothy 3:16-17). Hereby having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God (2 Corinthians 7:1), as we pass the time of our sojourning here in fear (1 Peter 1:17).
